    <]}··¤··{[> Some of us actually realize that we get one ride only on this time machine down here, that means every second is for thinking, gaining, discovering potential, searching for ways of improving present or future quality or otherwise simply enjoying it and none of it is damned certainly not to be wasted on meaningless bullsh*t, Time is all that any of us have and it is by far our most precious commodity, every hour, even minute should be respected and treated like it may be the very last one, which it could be, and, then go get caught up dealing with someone who doesn't have nowhere near the same realization of time, will not only prevent whatever progress you are making but take you down memory lane into 400 past events that you can't even relate to, if I were to do an equal 400 - they would ne damn well interesting or i wouldn't waste your time, the exception, if someone has a real need or something necessary to discuss, long as it is something you can do something about - never a problem, it's those needy selfish hey look at me self centered thinking they know about everything and while talking non stop all over the place about them only, who they knew, what they think, what they know, how to do something, why such and such is like it is and how they used to be so good at what they once did, yada yada yada blah blah blah yada yada yada . . . ad infinitum ad nauseum, the totally useless garbage that they shamelessly dump into people's lives while you can't drive a single word in edgewise, like whatever you were gonna say isn't worth hearing, and point it out to them either couldn't give a care less or stomp off like you offended them, well excuse me if I happen to respect your time just as much as I do mine, they wouldn't put up with it for one second of it if the same was done to them, maybe they all have some way of telling another is just like them and stay far away from each other to avoid the brain damage, when somebody catches on to who or what they are, being as it is, there is never no one but them - ever, no wonder people make up excuses, run away or hide, these unbridled mouths are impossible to reason with and what is sickeningly disturbing - they steal your time plus the otherwise benefit of it and they steal your energy and they are very very unpleasant to be anywhere around, it's not like I couldn't write an encyclopedia about the harm and damage they cause with no consideration at all, the fact that they are vomiting endless senseless drivel and incoherent diatribe is more important to them than what it does to people's lives, but his is already more than way too much about just them, wouldn't they love the attention though . . . .*.*.*,

    Talking is a double edged sword (wordS), spell- ing, just as in this video, it’s all talk (not to impugn), like a thorn to remove a Thorne. I was given space by my narcissistic mother, felt like neglect, but when she Talked is was AT me not with me, ever.

    Isn't this kind of what projective identification is? They project their rejected feelings onto you by behaving in ways that FORCE you to embody their rejected feelings, so they can go "ah, see I'M not the problem, THEY are" and that justifies what they do in response. They can't accept that all their shame/inferiority/jealousy/emptiness is coming from within them, which means they aren't able to act out these feelings, they need someone else to be the reason they feel that way so they have permission to act out. They need you to provide the justification for their feelings so they can blame their feelings/actions on you.

    They can be nice when they want to and that makes they know exactly what they're doing. And this is the most insidious part indeed. I was drawn in by the whole charm and wit display, though interestingly enough there was this uncanny valley feeling right off the bat. However I didn't know back then it was crucial I listen to my gut. Which I did even, but was drawn back in. I was heading for emotional disaster in which I remained stuck quite some time. It's through this channel, and Scott's Recovery Course I got out and know in hindsight what I was dealing with. It's nauseating though to look back on the perfect picture that was presented once you know it was all a lie.

    I was that 'nook' he found and utilized till he got what he wanted. The environment being the academic world, in which at first I was a convenient little helper, my defending the narcissist's integrity (😳) being very handy. I believed the savvy bs at first, but it's all to make you lay everything on the line for them. Funny thing is I suspected it all along. However, this snake lied and bullied me into staying in it till he got absolutely everything he needed from my institution, then left without a word and smeared my name behind my back as an insurance if ever I am to speak up.

    These are some ways that I practice self-love: 1. Buy some things that I’ve always needed or wanted. In the past, I felt like I should always buy things for others and forget myself. I also deserve things with my own money. 2. Enjoy delicious foods and snacks. Whatever you want! 3. Go wherever I please and enjoy some solitude. 4. Make a safe environment for myself and not worry about what others will think. That means saving up for your own place where you can be your own boss and have privacy. 5. Set boundaries with others and enforce them! I am privy to my own time and allowed to have my own secrets and opinions. 6. Surround myself around loving people and friends! 7. Spend time in my own hobbies and interests! 8. Waste time and be okay with it! I’m allowed to “waste” my own time as long as it provides me rest and peace! 9. Tell people things without worrying about how it will burden them. I deserve to take things off my chest once in a while. 10. Learn to be light, free-spirited, and renew my innocence like a child! I may have had a terribly traumatic childhood, but as an adult, I can make my own destiny!

    They hate and get rid off everything that is associated with people that figured them out. The dagger in their hearts propels them to move forward, which in their case is nowhere. They only drag up the past to remind you of your flaws. They love nor cherish anything. And hate it when you do. So they try to contaminate that too. They're vile.

    I think everything is geared around what you should be doing for them. They want something all of the time and are abusing you with pressure and demands and being the victim all at the same time.

  • @onlyonce1707
    @onlyonce1707 Місяць тому

    It is all on you to decide who you hang around with - it falls to you. So right! I also like the understanding part but acting on it is hard - and you do feel weak through some of the stages. It does require working on yourself and not being so agreeable all the time. It isn't fun. You don't want to hurt them but when enough is enough you have to act on it. You standing up does gives them a jolt but I agree it's not adding true pain to the situation. It's orientating them to reality. Then yes, you have to follow through - maintain the boundary or plan your exit. Thank you for this!

  • @onlyonce1707
    @onlyonce1707 Місяць тому

    Ha ha - there is always a false sense of their importance - pushing their schedules in your face. Don't tell them this - yes! Just lead the interaction and stop waiting for the next thing they throw at you - give them limited time. Yes it is short term whilst you plan to get away. Thanks again. You are on it!

  • @onlyonce1707
    @onlyonce1707 Місяць тому

    Yes I think that's the only way to do it - LEAD. Otherwise they do drag you around.

  • @onlyonce1707
    @onlyonce1707 Місяць тому

    Yes you are so right - approaching you in that serious grave way (making a big deal out of nothing) or else doing the victim one - expecting you to sympathise/ fix it (or all will go wrong). Yes, a combination of approaches - usually a dominant approach first or a victim first - whatever works best on you. Guilting you or making you responsible .. different tones and faces .. Thank you 😮It is staggering!

    I didn't feel sorry exactly. I kept thinking there must be something underneath. When there just isn't. That is the most mindblowing thing to wrap one's head around. One can't really. Just accept it's an empty abyss you been staring in the whole time and bless yourself for not being like them.

    So, I’ve gotten pretty good at diagnosing and scaring away narcissistic people. They know I’m onto them and they’ll never get anything from me. I’ve avoided a few narcissistic females even though I was in love with them. They didn’t go for me, as I’ve found narcs tend to be cowards in love (since it makes you vulnerable and weak, and they like control), unless their prospective partner has something they want and is an easy target. They’re vampires and they can intuitively sense prey. The only problem is that they’re hacking my accounts and stalking me online. I’ve told them to stop 1,000 times. Why do they do this? I guess because they’re spurned and obsessed. Theyre mad that I insulted them and told them to screw off. They want to be worshipped, obviously. They’re compulsive and rationalize everything they do even if it’s obviously wrong. But they have very little time before I go to the police. They’re probably reading this right now. You better leave, creeps.
